Blender Basics for Animators by TOAnimate
To strengthen my technical foundation in animation, I completed the Basic Blender Animation Course by TOAnimate. The course focused on building a solid and efficient workflow for animating in Blender, covering the essential tools and systems needed for professional production.
Throughout the course, I learned how to use constraints to control and automate motion, as well as how to work with the camera in a more cinematic way, including focus and depth of field, dolly zooms, and camera shakes. I also gained experience with the NLA Editor and Asset Library, which allowed me to better organize, reuse, and manage animation data across multiple shots. In addition, I worked with annotations to plan shots and structure my animation ideas more clearly.
This course was especially valuable in helping me approach animation in Blender in a more organized, technical, and production-ready way, giving me the tools to manage complex scenes and workflows more confidently and efficiently.
